Mojito, just the word makes us thirsty.

What is a Mojito?  mo·ji·to, mōˈhēdō/ noun: mojito; plural noun: mojitos:  a cocktail consisting of white rum, lime or lemon juice, sugar, mint, ice, and sparkling water or club soda.

In other words, delish!  We love this cocktail.  It reminds us of being in the Dominican Republic.  Toes in the sand and Mojito in the hand.
Here is the Mojito recipe that we found on  One sip and you can feel the tropical ocean breeze.
